Education:

Diploma/Under Graduates/Any Graduates with Good/Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

0-4 Fresher/Experience (Exp.in Customer Care /Domestic process is a plus).

Process:

Telecom domestic voice process.

Accountabilities:

  • Handling and assisting customers over the phone on Issues related to Router Configuration.
  • Network and fiber Issues.
  • Handling I-rate customers.
  • Shift:

    Rotation Shift.

    Required Documents:

  • Pan card/Aadhar card.
  • Two Passport size photos.
  • Educational Documents Xerox(10th /Diploma/Graduation).
  • For Experienced Candidates additional:
  • Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters Xerox.
  • Last two months Pay-slips.
